Long before he began photographing for Hot and Hot Fish Club, it was a place he and his wife visited for celebrations, only a few blocks from their home at the restaurant’s original location.
Now, Caleb’s relationship with Chef Chris and Idie Hastings spans nearly fifteen years. Caleb photographs for Hot and Hot several times a year, updating the restaurant’s photo library and documenting its continued evolution. His work captures both the refinement of the cuisine and the warmth that has always defined the Hastings’ approach to hospitality.
