Chefs Adam Evans and Luke Joseph created Current Charcoal Grill as a celebration of the range and depth of Asian cuisine and the bounty of the Pacific.

From its beginning, Caleb has partnered with the team to visually document the restaurant’s evolution — from the energy of the kitchen to the refinement of each plate. Their collaboration continues the creative relationship that began years earlier with Automatic Seafood & Oysters, expanding it into a new expression of flavor, fire, and rhythm. Through regular shoots, Caleb has helped Current build a living archive that captures its ever-changing menu.
